Description

  1. entering a new name

  2. Nomeclatural Reference will be article

  3. User enters Scientific name with author

  4. Looks for the Journal in Reference FilteredSelection to avoid typos

  5. System should create an Article with the respective author and Journal

  6. System should offer the edit dialog to enter volume info

Nomenclatural reference selection dialog should open with the author name as default input. This way, the dialog will show all articles by that author.
