In the production system the following entries are missing:
original designation
monotypy
automatic (not relevant for genus, but for ranks higher than genus and we decided to show all options for the genus, correct?)

In the selection:

All options are shown in the test Vaadin (see):

This is kind of a duplicate for #10434, but it shows that a special case is not yet correctly implemented there.

The decision if the missing type designation status are shown depends on a comparison if the typified name and the so called published unit is the same. However, this creates problems for ReferenceType.Sections. This is because the publishedUnit uuid is taken from the RegistrationWrapperDto which stores the original nomenclatural reference (while the RegistrationWorkingSet stores does resolve Sections to the next higher in-reference).

In general the usage of the term publishedUnit is used in different ways therefore it is difficult to debug.

Most difficult is that NameTypeDesignationPresenter and SpecimenTypeDesignationSetEditorPresenter have a setPubishedUnit(NamedSourceBase) method which is used for adding all sources including sections. However, the doc on pubishedUnit says that it must never be a Section.

  • % Done changed from 0 to 70

This should be resolved. It can be tested (also on test) with a typified genus name that has a nomenclatural reference being a Section.

Please review.

Selection is fine, "section" tested. The system works as expected. Ticket can be closed.
