Description
We need an additional option for the secundum reference handling as preference. This option should allow different secundum references but should not warn the user.
For the already existing option, that the secundum reference should be kept, for the swap method we also need the option to keep the references like they are.
Therefore we maybe have to discuss what "keep" means. Does the sec references stay with the name, so that the new accepted taxon gets the secundum reference of the former synonym or after the swap the secundum reference of the former accepted taxon is the secundum reference of the new accepted taxon
