There are/were multiple problems.
TRIGGER-cdmserver-reindex:
- No groovy was installed at all on the server
- installed v4.0.2 now (but maybe not needed? Need to check other servers)
- Multiple errors in script filtered-cdmserver-instance-names-args.groovy (like wrong argument number in args for datasources_xml, already used variable names like filterIncludes and its boolean value, changed variable names for filter_str, ...
- The downstream job "cdmserver-update" still used svn for server-scripts download => changed to new git repository
- The server script /jenkins-ci/cdm-server/cdmserver-install.sh still used cybertaxonomy.eu instead of cybertaxonomy.org to download the cdmserver debian package

upgrading some plugins lead to a cycle in dependencies which disabled many plugins. The main reason seems to be
Cycle detected: Plugin:sshd -> Plugin:mina-sshd-api-core -> Plugin:ssh-credentials -> Plugin:credentials -> Plugin:structs -> Plugin:sshd
which disables the structs plugin which is needed by many others indirectly

This was only an intermediate problem as not all plugins were updated yet.
