Extracting the Contents of the Compressed Folder (Internet Explorer)

1. Locate the compressed Taxonomic Editor folder in the destination in which you saved it.
2. Right-click the folder.
3. Click the Extract Files option.

   

   A new pop-up box will open for you to choose the destination where the extracted folder will be placed. The default destination will be the location of the compressed folder; if you wish the extracted folder to be in the same place as the compressed folder there is no need to change the destination.

4. Select the destination and click the OK button. The folder will be extracted; this may take a few minutes.

   

You should now create a Desktop shortcut for the Taxonomic Editor (see Creating a Desktop Shortcut (Windows only)
